Event Details

  • All event entries must be submitted before Saturday, September 23rd at 11am
  • Compound & Traditional Classes for Adult and Youth
  • ASA Standard Scoring
  • Participants must score 100 points to Qualify for the Final Round on Saturday, September 23rd
  • If participants want to shoot in both Compound & Traditional Classes, they must register for each class separately

Arrival Time

  • Each round takes approximately 1 hour to shoot
  • Participants may shoot their Qualifying Round on Friday Sept. 22nd between 9am-6pm or Saturday Sept. 23rd between 9am-12pm
  • If participants Qualify with a 100 point score or higher, they will shoot in the Finals between 2pm-5pm on Saturday September 23rd, 2023

Raffle

$10 of the Entry Fee goes to the Raffle. Additional Raffle Tickets may be purchased in-store for $10 each.

Classes

  • Adult Compound (16+ yrs. old) : $25
  • Youth Compound (8-15 yrs. old) : $20
  • Adult Traditional (16+ yrs. old) : $25
  • Youth Traditional (8-15 yrs. old) : $20

Payout Per Class

Payout Applies to Each of the 3 Classes. Adult Compound/ Youth Compound/ Traditional (All Ages)

  • 1st Place = 60% Payout
  • 2nd Place = 30% Payout
  • 3rd Place = 10% Payout

Rules

  • Adult Compound targets range between 18 – 100 yards
  • Youth & Traditional targets range between 5 – 30 yards
  • No self-adjusting, magnified, or electronic sights
  • Range finders are allowed but not needed (Marked Yardage)
  • No competition setups
  • Stabilizer shall be 13″ or less from the front of the riser
  • Absolutely no drugs or alcohol on the course
  • Field points only, NO BROADHEADS ALLOWED
  • Decisions of the Judges are final
